If wishing to depart earlier than this please settle account the night
before departure. Fees may be charged for late check out.
Cancellation Policy: *
48 hours notice of cancellation before date of stay must be given to
avoid penalty. A charge of up to one
nights quoted tariff may be levied if less than 48 hours notice is
given, and we are unable to resell the accommodation at an equivalent
tariff.
Stays of more than one night which are cut short after arrival (for
other than an emergency) and especially at major event/holiday weekends
and summer School Holidays may also be charged a further night's tariff
if the unit cannot be re-let.
* Cancellation Policy WILL vary at times of “special events” – e.g.
Garden Marlborough, Wine Marlborough, Easter Air Show , weekends etc and
some Public Holidays. Guests will be advised at the time of booking.
Non-smoking Policy:
All our units are non-smoking. You are asked to take note of
our non-smoking policy and are responsible for all of the guests staying
in your unit plus any visitors.
If smoke is detected in the units, you will be charged a minimum of one
night's tariff or until the unit can be re-let.
